Delivery and turnaround
Standard delivery is free to every serviceable PIN code in India, with no minimum order value. Distance changes how long your order takes — never what it costs.
How to work out your delivery date
Two numbers add together, and mixing them up is the most common reason a delivery date surprises somebody.
Production time is how long the item takes to make. It is printed on every product page and typically runs from 1 to 5 working days depending on the product. Transit time is how long the courier takes afterwards, and depends on where it is going.
Total time = production time + transit time.

When the clock starts
Production begins when you approve your artwork — not when you pay. If artwork is still awaited, or a file needs correcting, the delivery date moves with it.
Orders approved after 12 noon start production the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
What delivery costs
Standard delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in India, with no minimum order value to qualify. Where a faster option is available for your product and PIN code, it is offered at checkout with its price shown before you pay.
Tracking, and what to do on arrival
You get a courier name and tracking number by email when your order is dispatched, and can follow it from your order page at any time.
Please check the order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell us within 48 hours and keep the packaging — couriers require it to process a claim. See cancellation and refunds for what happens next.
Places we cannot reach
A small number of PIN codes are not serviceable by our delivery partners. If yours is one of them, we contact you promptly and refund in full.
