Erevu Ventures Private Limited · Effective 23 July 2026

Erevu Ventures Private Limited ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with CIN U74120KA2015PTC085015 and registered office at 177/1A, Third Floor, Bannerghatta Road, Bilekahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076, India, operates https://eprintsmart.com under the trade name ePrintSmart.

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to everyone who uses the site, whether or not you create an account.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to produce and deliver your order, and to meet our tax obligations.

  • Contact and delivery details — name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and GSTIN if you supply one.
  • Order information — the products, quantities and options you chose, and the price at which you bought them.
  • Artwork — the files you upload for printing, together with the automated checks we run on them.
  • Payment information — handled entirely by our payment gateway. We receive a payment reference and status, and never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service secure and working.
  • How you use the site — a recording of the pages you view and how you interact with them: clicks, taps, scrolling and pointer movement. Text is masked before it leaves your browser, and this is switched off entirely on checkout, account and order pages. Section 8 explains this in full.

2. How we use it

We use your information to accept and produce your order, to check that your artwork will print correctly, to arrange delivery, to issue a GST-compliant tax invoice, and to answer you when you contact us.

We also record the moment you approve artwork for printing, including the date, time and the specific files approved. This is kept as evidence of your instruction to print and is used only if an order is later disputed.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your artwork for anything other than producing your order.

3. Who we share it with

Producing print requires involving other parties. We share the minimum each needs and nothing more.

  • Print vendors — receive the product specification, quantity, your artwork, and the delivery city, state and PIN code. They do not receive what you paid, your name, your street address or your phone number.
  • Delivery partners — receive your name, delivery address and phone number, because a courier cannot deliver without them.
  • Payment gateway — receives the order amount and reference to process payment.
  • Cloud infrastructure — Google Cloud Platform, where the site and your data are hosted.
  • Microsoft — operates Clarity, the tool that produces the usage recordings described in section 8. It receives how pages were interacted with, not what was typed into them.
  • Government authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the asia-south1 region, located in Mumbai, India. Artwork files are stored in access-controlled storage that is not publicly readable, and are made available to a print vendor only through time-limited links that expire.

5. How long we keep it

Order records, invoices and related tax documents are retained for eight years, as required under Indian tax law.

Artwork files are retained for twelve months after delivery so that you can reorder without re-uploading. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

If you hold an account, your profile and saved addresses are kept until you ask us to close it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within thirty days.

Some information cannot be deleted on request — invoices and tax records, for example, which we are legally required to retain for eight years.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in, remember what is in your cart, and understand how the site is used. Blocking them will prevent the cart and sign-in from working.

8. Session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how the site is used, so we can see where people get stuck rather than guess. A recording captures the pages viewed and how they were interacted with — clicks, taps, scrolling and pointer movement — and plays back as a reconstruction of the page, not a video of your screen.

What you type is masked. Text you enter into a field, and everything you place on a design in the editor, is replaced with placeholder characters in your browser before it is sent, so the words you wrote are not transmitted and cannot be read back by us or by Microsoft. Our own page content — product names, descriptions, prices — is recorded as it appears, because that is our text and not yours, and seeing it is what makes a recording worth watching.

One exception, because masking cannot reach it: a search term travels in the address of the results page, and a recording notes which pages were visited. If you search for something, that word is recorded. Everything else you type is not.

Recording is switched off completely on the checkout, account and order pages. Those are the pages where your name, address and phone number appear, and we would rather not record them at all than rely on masking to protect them. Card, UPI and bank details are never at risk on any page, because the payment gateway collects them in its own frame that a recording cannot see into.

Recordings are not linked to your name, email or account. We do not send any identifier to Clarity that would tie a recording to you.

This is the one exception to section 4: Clarity is operated by Microsoft and processes this data on Microsoft infrastructure rather than on the Indian hosting described there. If you would rather not be recorded, any browser extension that blocks trackers will stop it, and nothing on the site will stop working without it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order and artwork data is restricted by role, every access to customer artwork by a vendor is logged, and payment details never touch our servers.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.

10. Children

This service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes and how to reach us

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified by email to account holders.
